Daredevil: Born Again first streamed on March 4th 2025 on Disney Plus. As we speak the show has not only been renewed for season two but also season three. Season two starts streaming on March 4th, 2026! It is a spin-off of Daredevil, which streamed between 2015 - 2018 on Netflix. Among others, it stars Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio, who both reprise their role from the previous series.

It deals with Wilson Fisk who becomes the mayor of New York and although in the beginning he seems to be of goodwill,  we'll soon see he continues his criminal activities but now he has the possibility to make his illegal activities legal! Matt Murdock watches this with dismay and takes on his red suit again to fight against Fisk and his gang.

I really enjoyed the first season, it is a strong first season, perhaps not original but certainly enjoyable. It even made me purchase the previous series on Blu-ray. It was a shame that some characters did not return or came back for only one or two episodes, really miss them.

Still, I am looking forward to season two and I've learned Krysten Ritter reprises her role of Jessica Jones, she will be there for at least 8 episodes. She of course had her own show about a decade ago.
