Twisted Metal first started streaming in the summer on  July 27th, 2023 on the Peacock streaming service. It contains 10 epsiodes a season of approximetely 30 minutes. The show has also been renewed for a second season! Twisted Metal is derived from a game, now I am not into games but I really like the TV version! Starring Anthony Mackie as John Doe and Stephanie Beatriz (B99) as Quiet.

Recently I watched the first season, I was so excited about it that I created a new section on this site, to put shows / episodes in a SPOTLIGHT! This show is fun, strange, absurd, amazing in one package. Even my wife was hooked, although she had her doubts after the first episode.

The Premise (TheTVDB.com):  A high-octane action comedy about a motor-mouthed outsider offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With the help of a trigger-happy car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a deranged clown who drives an all too familiar ice cream truck. Based on the hit video game franchise by Sony Interactive.

Try it out, I don't think you will be disappointed!
